With a background in leadership and organizational management, Gary has built a career around driving operational excellence in mission-driven environments.

Before joining ON-RAMP, Gary served as Chief Operating Officer in the health sector, where he oversaw complex systems and teams dedicated to improving community outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Le Moyne College, a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Cornell University. His leadership reflects a passion for operational excellence and a steadfast dedication to strengthening Central New York’s workforce.
