Michael Pasquale

Chief Program Officer, ON-RAMP CNY

As Chief Program Officer at CNY ON-RAMP, Michael Pasquale brings more than 35 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program innovation, grants management, and workforce development. In his role, Michael leads the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of ON-RAMP’s workforce programs, overseeing program strategy, team leadership and partnership development while ensuring program excellence and measurable outcomes. His extensive experience serving diverse and underserved communities reflects a deep commitment to expanding opportunity and creating impactful pathways to employment and economic mobility.

Before joining ON-RAMP, Michael served as Director of Program Quality Improvement at the Center for Community Alternatives, where he focused on strengthening programs and improving outcomes for the communities served. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College. A lifelong Syracuse resident, Michael is dedicated to strengthening Central New York’s workforce and expanding access to opportunity. Outside of his professional work, Michael is a lifelong and avid fan of Star Trek in all its incarnations.
